Day 1

Arrival and staff will meet you at the airport and take you to your San José hotel, The Hotel Palma Real. Welcome cocktail at 6:00 pm. Transfers are included.

Day 2

8:00 am – Retirement Seminar in hotel, lunch and coffee breaks will be served. Happy hour cocktail at 5:00 pm will be held in Bello Horizonte, Escazu in the house of our good friends and clients Liz & Tony Smith. Dinner afterwards at Tiquicia restaurant. All transfers are included.

Day 3

8:00 am - Property Tour Escazú, Santa Ana and East side San José areas and other attractions like Multiplaza Mall, CIMA hospital and other shopping areas. Lunch in Papa Pez in El Pueblo. Free evening.

Day 4

8:00 am City Tour in the morning, visiting the National Theater and the Gold Museum, visit Moravia for souvenir and handcrafting shops. Lunch in Casa de Doña Lela (Costarican food). Retirement Seminar in hotel Palma Real in the afternoon, coffee breaks will be served. Free evening.

Day 5

8:00 am –Doka coffee tour. After that, Property tour Atenas & Grecia areas. Lunch at tipico restaurant in La Garita de Alajuela. On the way back, property tour in Cariari. See you back soon cocktail after getting back to the hotel. Free evening.

Day 6

Those who will start another tour in a different area, will be transported to their new hotel. Those who are leaving, will be taken to the airport, airfare is not included. Those who are interested in seeing more property in a certain area, can make an appointment with one of our realtors at no extra expense.
