You will be received by our partners from Pacific Coast Realty, who will explain all about the area while having a cocktail and lunch. You’ll have time to take a nap (if you want) and then you’ll have a nice tour of the beaches and some different properties. Free evening. Stay in the Hotel Flamingo Beach Resort | Day 2 | 8:00 am leaving hotel and transport to Playa Tamarindo. You’ll be welcomed by our partners from ABC Costa Rica Real Estate in Tamarindo. They’ll tell you all about maritime zoning and title properties in beach areas. You will tour the areas of Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Playa Langosta and other beaches in the area. Lunch will be a surprise. Free evening. Stay in Hotel Pueblo Dorado. Sunset Catamaran Tour is included. | Day 3 | 8:00 am leaving your hotel and transport to Playa Samara. You will be driven to Samara where, you will be introduced to the ABC Real Estate office staff who will explain about their area. Then off for a nice lunch and taken to your hotel for a nap. In the afternoon, you will see properties and beaches in Samara and surrounding area. Stay in Hotel Belvedere.
