What does the Retirement Seminar have to offer?

First of all, we do not want you to get bored with two full days of seminar, one after the other, so we spread it out. On the first day you’ll have a seminar, the second day we’ll tour and the 3rd day completion of the seminar. This schedule will give those who are not joining us for the rest of the tour a chance to do private consulting with our expert speakers on the first day.

GoDutch Real Estate owner, Ivo Henfling, has lived in Costa Rica for 26 years, has had several businesses, is in his 2nd marriage with a Tica and has relocated hundreds of expatriates and retirees for over 10 years in this beautiful country. Very few of his clients have gone back home as they have all adjusted to the good life in Costa Rica. He will tell you the secrets of adjusting to the Tico culture and doing the right things. The seminar is all about: doing the right things. We’ll even have many of our clients speak at our seminar, so you’ll hear first hand experiences from those who have gone through the same process. All our agents are expats like yourself and have been through this process. They have their retirement income, so they have no need to hustle you into purchasing a property, plus they are properly trained as real estate agents.
